Common Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no contract, no follow-up invoice. We give you 30 minutes of a senior Salesforce person's time and a written summary after.

Will you try to sell me a project?

No. You get the written summary first. If you want to talk about us doing some of the fixes, you ask. We don't push and we don't follow up to chase a sale.

What do I need to prepare?

Nothing. Turn up. If you want to share your Salesforce screen during the call we can be more specific, but it isn't required — we can have a useful conversation just from how you describe the situation.

Do I need to give you Salesforce access?

No. Optional screen-share if you want — we look together, in your session, with you in control. Otherwise we just talk. We don't ask for credentials and we don't need a sandbox.

What happens after the call?

You get a written summary within a couple of working days: top 3 friction points, 2-3 things you could fix yourself this week, and an honest view of whether the bigger stuff needs outside help. That's it, unless you want more.

How is this different from a Salesforce sales rep call?

Salesforce reps sell licences. We don't sell licences — we tell you what's wrong with the org you've already paid for and what to do about it. Different incentive, different conversation.
